Current Vacancies 

Production Manager 

We require production managers to lead and manage our production team of around 15 employees. Roles and responsibilities include: 
 
Planning production for efficiency to ensure production targets are met. 
Monitor and report on production output. 
Ensure Health and Safety requirements are met. 
 
Previous experience within a manufacturing production environment is essential. The individual must be experienced in working within an EEC and HACCP compliant environment. 

Store Manager 

We require store Managers with experience in managing a retail store, preferably in the food sector. Roles and responsibilities include: 
 
Managing day to day operations of a store 
Optimise sales by ensuring product availability, quality, freshness and exceptional customer service. 
 
Previous experience within a manufacturing production environment is essential. The individual must be experienced in working within an EEC and HACCP compliant environment. 

Butchers 

We require Butchers to join our production team. With experience within a fast moving retail production environment and must demonstrate productive, efficient working and great team player. 
 
All job roles are based in the Midlands and involve working five days per week including weekends.
